Sawmatic assets acquired by EPS, service secured
EPS Services & Tooling Ltd (trading as Gerrymet) is pleased to confirm the acquisition of
all assets and stock of Sawmatic. Sawmatic has been a respected saw blade specialist since
1979, known across the UK for reliable products, dependable turnaround, and straightforward support.
This acquisition secures that trusted service for customers, now strengthened by the scale, stock
resilience, and operational capability of the wider EPS group.
What has changed, and what will stay the same?
Sawmatic ceased operations on 12 December 2025, and from
12 January 2026, EPS (Gerrymet) will take over all
collections and deliveries.
Customers will continue to receive the same dependable service, with orders and collections managed
through Gerrymet’s Brownhills operation and the wider EPS network.
- The Sawmatic telephone number and email address has been transferred to Gerrymet
- Customers continued receiving collections, deliveries and support as expected

A stronger platform, supporting customers long-term
Operations are now run from Gerrymet’s base in Brownhills, bringing Sawmatic customers
into the wider EPS service network. This provides increased resilience in stock availability,
operational support, and customer service systems.
