Nick Palmer & Steve Goodlad visit LSAB Facilities

Part of EPS Services & Tooling’s new technical agreement with LSAB, Nick Palmer CEO and Steve Goodlad COO travelled over to Sweden last week to meet with Staffan Gustafsson and Fredrik Ivarsson from LSAB, to tour the facilities in Langshyttan and then visit MICOR at Laholm.

Steve Goodlad added “At the LSAB service centre in Langshyttan it was a pleasure meeting up with the technical service team sharing more of the detailed technical aspects of bandsaw sharpening and circular saw re-tipping processes, as both companies look to improve the saw servicing offered in the UK.”

Travelling south by car, train and plane, to visit the MICOR facility in Laholm, they then met with Fredrik Fogelberg, Fredrik Berggren and the CEO Marcus Wärring. Both companies have exciting developments on Green Steel availability and this was a great opportunity to look at the future of bandsaw production. Nick Palmer added ‘ “We took the opportunity to have a tour of the production facility and met all the staff who were totally committed to supplying a quality sawblade for their customers, it was very impressive”
