EPS Services & Tooling leadership changes at Gerrymet mark a new chapter in the company’s strategic growth and operational efficiency.
As part of these developments, Sharon Wood, formerly General Manager at Gerrymet, will be transitioning into a central group role as Business Operations and Procurement Manager at EPS. Simultaneously, Gary Hawkins, a seasoned manufacturing professional, joins the business as General Manager of Gerrymet.

A Seamless Transition with Proven Leadership
Sharon Wood has played a pivotal role in the integration of Gerrymet into EPS following its acquisition. Her steady guidance over the past two years has ensured a seamless transition, with continued performance and stability across the business. Under Sharon’s leadership, Gerrymet maintained its reputation for precision tooling and quality service while adapting to new systems and strategic goals set by EPS.
In recognition of her capabilities and leadership, Sharon now moves into a centralised position where she will oversee business operations and procurement across the EPS group. This newly created role aims to drive consistency, streamline processes, and support the group’s ambition for scalable and sustainable growth.
“Sharon has been instrumental in ensuring Gerrymet’s smooth integration into EPS,” said
Steve Goodlad, Operations Director at EPS. “Her leadership has laid a strong foundation for the future. We thank her for her outstanding contribution and look forward to her continuing impact in her new group role.”
Sharon expressed her pride in the journey so far: “It has been a privilege to lead Gerrymet through its transition into EPS. I am proud of what we have achieved as a team and I look forward to applying my experience to support efficiencies and growth across the wider EPS group.”
