EPS Launch New Range of Bandsaw Lubricants

EPS are pleased to introduce our range of affordable Biodegradable Bandsaw lubricants. Available in both Neat and Soluble formats.

These oils have been developed from vegetable extracts rather than mineral oils to be better for the environment and safer for your business. With no harmful acids, CFC’s or solvents these bio oils provide significantly higher flashpoints than diesel meaning that there is a reduced fire risk to your business.

These low odour lubricants also reduce harmful vapours in your workplace as well as removing the noxious and unpleasant odours associated with diesel.

Both of our new biodegradable blends have been developed using selected additives and vegetable extracts, to provide a highly effective lubrication with minimal impact on the environment and operators. They are available in 5, 20, 205 and 1000 litre containers and can be ordered online or from your local service centre in Fife, Essex or Somerset.

If you are located within one of our delivery areas we will even deliver the 5 or 20 litre containers on our weekly delivery route at no extra cost.

We are particularly proud of the soluble version. Mixed with water at a ratio of 20:1The cost per usable litre is less than the traditional diesel. A 100 litres of usable lubricant can be shipped in a 5 litre container directly to your door ready for dilution.

We are happy to provide you with all the help and guidance you need on how to mix the soluble solution with your own tap water and monitor it’s condition with a low cost refractometer
