Refurbishment of the Iseli RZ1
EPS Services & Tooling is also pleased to announce the successful refurbishment of its recently purchased Iseli RZ1 Levelling & Tensioning machine. Following a £10,000 investment in new parts, the machine has been fully restored to like-new condition. This strategic upgrade significantly enhances blade performance, improves production efficiency and supports our continued growth. The RZ1 now sits proudly alongside our three Vollmer RC Levelling & Tensioning machines.
The RZ1 plays a critical role in levelling and tensioning bandsaw blades to exacting standards, essential for precision cutting and extended blade life. The refurbishment also enables the tensioning of new flat T&J punched steel, allowing EPS to process modern blade designs and meet evolving customer requirements.

- The Iseli BNP210 is a state-of-the-art grinding machine renowned for its accuracy and repeatability in blade preparation, dramatically improving surface quality and blade geometry.
